Can I switch plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Simply let us know, and we’ll adjust your services and billing from the following month.

Minor repairs include small fixes such as leaking taps, door handle adjustments, light replacements, or minor appliance issues. Anything more complex or structural will be assessed and handled separately.

The cleaning service covers shared spaces such as kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas. Bedrooms are included if specified in your plan, but tenants are generally responsible for keeping their own rooms tidy.

Yes, emergency call-outs are guaranteed under the Premium plan. For Basic and Standard plans, call-outs are scheduled as soon as possible during normal working hours.
